Bu gelişen teknolojinin eseri olan molozlar, gemilere ve ekipmanlara çok büyük zararlar verebilmektedir. 25 yaşına basmak üzere olan Hachirota "Hachimaki" Hoshino görevi bu molozları toplamaktır. Bu sene işindeki 4. senesidir ve artık hayatına başka bir düzen vermek istemektedir.
